Excellent experience with Autos Flores. The rental process was easy, the car was in great condition, and the staff were always friendly and responsive.
We encountered an unexpected issue with an international bank transfer, where part of the payment never reached them due to banking complications outside of our control. Instead of making the situation difficult, they helped and resolved the issue.
It’s rare to find this level of honesty and customer service these days. I would definitely rent from Autos Flores again and highly recommend them.

I have Rented car for third time from this Amazing Rental company, new and very good cars, super easy website for reservation, friendly staff, delivery car to the airport after midnight.
I hit a wild boar on the way to the hotel and my bumper was damaged, the next day the company delivered a new car to my hotel without any problems, great service!!! Highly recommend!!! GRACIAS 🙏🙏🙏

Have used autos Flores every time we go to Spain, first off, no hidden costs, the amount shown is fully covered and no hidden costs or pressure to increase insurance etc as all fully included. The process to collect the car is so easy and simple, and you are on your way in minutes, meet the agent at the airport, walks you to your car, in the carpark next to the airport, checks you passport and driving license and you are good to go, always been happy with the car we have got and never had any issues and used 6 to 7 times. After years of bad experiences renting cars in Europe we took up a friends recommendation to use Autos Flores. The best rental experience of 30 years – I mean it. Car waiting at airport, easy return to airport, no problems with excessive scratch searching by agent. We’ll never use another agent again. Amazing.
Addendum: At the end of another successful rent – a month this time – we unfortunately had a minor collision. Police were involved who gave us forms etc. Autos Flores were as good as their word and didn’t bat an eye lid. Really can’t thank them enough.
