Excellent experience with Autos Flores. The rental process was easy, the car was in great condition, and the staff were always friendly and responsive.

We encountered an unexpected issue with an international bank transfer, where part of the payment never reached them due to banking complications outside of our control. Instead of making the situation difficult, they helped and resolved the issue.

It's rare to find this level of honesty and customer service these days. I would definitely rent from Autos Flores again and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this car rental company. The process of picking up and dropping off the car was fast, clear and efficient. The car was clean, compact, but also very comfortable, which we appreciated with the high mileage. Everything was great!
The next one in Malaga is definitely Autos Flores in collaboration with Spanish Ride!

Very good value for money, great videos explaining how to collect and return your car. Easy and quick handover with a friendly employee.

Only thing I will say is that the car had done quite a lot of miles about 40,000kms and had a fair few marks and scuffs, including a bonnet that didn't sit fully flush, likely after a small front collision.

But it did work fine and I guess you get what you pay for, it was only £250 for a week with no insurance excess and 2 drivers included, for a Toyota Corolla hybrid estate (lots of luggage space).

Thank you for renting a car for our vacation in Malaga and we can only recommend it!
The vehicle was picked up as agreed, even outside the rental office's working hours (for a fee). Returning the car was very easy (parking in the parking garage right at the airport). The car was brand new and clean.
If we go to Spain again, we will definitely contact "Autos Flores" again! ❤️

The car was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. They were waiting for us when we arrived for pickup. The handover was very quick. The only downside was the return, which, as it has to be done in parking garage P1, took us a while to find a free parking space. You should definitely allow more time before your flight, especially during peak times.

Definately the best car rental we have ever used! It does exactly what it says it does!
No faffing around, no waiting, no hidden costs, no extra's. We were greeted, taken to the car a minute away, signed the paperwork and off we drove. Returning the car was just as simple....great little car too!

Very convenient and easy pick up. Met by very pleasant Flores staff and taken to car which was less than 100mtrs from terminal building. Car was current model, clean and reliable. Return to terminal car park was a simple straight forward and convenient process.
Rental includes a true comprehensive insurance which includes wheels, tyres, glass etc. that are not always covered with a lot of companies.
Would certainly recommend and will use again.

Great service! We even got help putting our luggage into the car. So nice to skip the discussion about scratches that existed before the rental period when returning the car. No need, since full insurance is included.
Was upgraded to automatic gear. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was one of the best. Everything was very smooth and easy. From booking the car to picking and dropping back the car everything was EASY! I've paid a full insurance for the car, so I didn't have to pay deposit for the renting. The car was as expected clean and I had an additional driver and a child booster free of charge.
If I'll go again in Spain I will go for Autos Flores.
After dealing with them, I understood why they have a 5/5 stars reviews.
