Very smooth pickup and return. No queues. Good price included extra driver and insurance. Easy return, just park and leave, no queues. Now over 20 times I rented from them, and never any issues. Highly Recommended.

Definately the best car rental we have ever used! It does exactly what it says it does!
No faffing around, no waiting, no hidden costs, no extra's. We were greeted, taken to the car a minute away, signed the paperwork and off we drove. Returning the car was just as simple....great little car too!
Thank you for making renting a car so pleasurable! Not two words I have ever used while renting a car 🙂

Very convenient and easy pick up. Met by very pleasant Flores staff and taken to car which was less than 100mtrs from terminal building. Car was current model, clean and reliable. Return to terminal car park was a simple straight forward and convenient process.
Rental includes a true comprehensive insurance which includes wheels, tyres, glass etc. that are not always covered with a lot of companies.
Would certainly recommend and will use again.

Great service! We even got help putting our luggage into the car. So nice to skip the discussion about scratches that existed before the rental period when returning the car. No need, since full insurance is included.
Was upgraded to automatic gear. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was one of the best. Everything was very smooth and easy. From booking the car to picking and dropping back the car everything was EASY! I've paid a full insurance for the car, so I didn't have to pay deposit for the renting. The car was as expected clean and I had an additional driver and a child booster free of charge.
If I'll go again in Spain I will go for Autos Flores.
After dealing with them, I understood why they have a 5/5 stars reviews.
